Check-InandOutHours:

1. Check-InTime: 2 pm
2. Check-OutTime: 11 am
3. 50% of bed/room rates will be chargeable for check-in between 0000hrs to0700hrsorcheck-out between 1300hrs to 1800hrs
4. Guests who arrive prior to check-in time may use our facilities or leave theirbagswithuswhilstexploringthecity.Likewise,guestswithlateflightsorbusmayleave baggage with us at no additional cost.
5. Early check-in and/or late check-out will be subject to rooms availability.

Children Policy:

• Children below the age of 12 have to stay in a private room (booking of theentiredorm) and must beaccompanied by a parent orguardian.

Privacy policy:

• The personal data provided is confidential and will not be shared with anyother entity. The data will be added to our database only for statisticalstudies of the Hostel and to inform guests of future promotions, events andnews.

Reservation Policies

• All deposits paid are non-refundable
• Once a deposit had been made,no cancellation is allowed.
• Avalid passport & full paymentis required upon check-in
• We understand that the guest might not have Singapore currency for thepayment if the guest allows we will accept foreign currency with 5% servicecharge.

No-show Policy

• Incase of a no-show,there will be no refund made
• However, if the guest is able to provide a valid reason we do allow the guesttopostpone the dateonce.

Normal Booking:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit via Paypal/Wired Transferred is required tosecurethe booking/reservation within 7 days.
• The remaining 50% has to be paid upon arrival, after payment the amount is 100% non-refundable.

Refund Policy

• In the event of a guest requesting a refund for their stay, we reserve the righttonot refund the pre-paid nights.
• Once full payment had been paid, nore funds are allowed.
• However,refund is subjected to case by case basis

In the event of early check out :

• No charge incurred if the hostel is informed 7 days prior to amended check-outdate.
• A one-night charge penalty will be imposed if the hotel is informed less than7days prior to new check-out date.

Inthe event ofcancellation of booking

• No charge if the hostel is informed of the cancellation more than 7 daysbeforecheck-in.
• • First-night charge if the hostel is informed of the cancellation less than 7 daysbeforecheck-in.

Group Booking (15 persons per bookingor more):

• A 50% non-refundable deposit + 5% transaction surcharge via Paypal isrequiredto secure the booking.
• Full payment in cash only is required upon check-in.
• In the event of cancellation,no refund will be given.
• In the event of early check out,no refund will be given

Long stay(7 nights or more):

• A 50% non-refundable deposit + 5% transaction surcharge via Paypal isrequiredto secure the booking.
• Full payment in cash only is required upon check-in.
• In the event of cancellation, no refund will be given.
• In the event of early check out,no refund will be given.

Additional Information:

• All guests are required to place a refundable security deposit of SGD $10 per personor SGD$20 perroomuponcheck-in.
• Missing/Damage of access key card; guests are liable for SGD$10 per keycard.
• Forthe safety of all our guests, there is strictly no sharing of beds.
• Smoking is not allowed on the premises except for designated area.
• The hostel will keep the room/bed for 3 hours from the stated time of arrival, after which it will be released for bookings.
• If there is a delay in your itinerary, kindly inform us know through email(bookings@theheronbay.com)).
• The hotel welcomes all visitors. However, for the safety and security of allguests,visitors are only permittedat our reception & cafearea.
• Guests can loan towels at a minimal fee of SGD$5 per piece, with an SGD$5 refundable deposit during their stay.
• The hostel reserves the right to evict guests or visitors should the safety andpeaceful stay of the rest of the guests and staff of the hostel be compromised.
• The owners, operators, management, agents and staff of The Newton Suites accept no responsibility for loss, injury, damage or death to guests ortheirproperty, whether through negligence orotherwise.
