Newton Suites recruitment is based on the requirements of the business plantogether with current operational demands. We use an efficient, non-discriminatory and systematic method of recruiting and selecting the rightpeople to fill ourvacantpositions

In order to be considered for employment at Newton Suites, applicants must meetall of the minimum position requirements related to education/training,certification and experience. Knowledge and abilities are assessed at differentpoints in the selection process. Technical skills are also evaluated to ensurethatthe applicantcan performthe required tasks.
The selection interview is used primarily to gain additional information aboutthe candidate regarding their education, experience, knowledge, skills andabilities as well as assess the cultural fit. It provides an opportunity for theapplicant to know more about the Company, his job, concerns, etc. In somecases, after carrying out initial interviews, shortlisted candidates may beadvised ofthe details ofthe final interview and ofany special requirements.

We always conduct reference checks to verify information gathered throughthe selection process about candidates’ experience, work performance,academic performance and professional characteristics (e.g. dependability,initiative). We take up references and reserve the right to check allqualifications.

If found suitable, HR Department prepares and issues the letter ofappointment to the candidate. After the candidate Newton Suites concepts theoffer, further proceedings are carried out towards satisfying the statutoryrequirements.

We conduct an induction program for all our new employees within their firstweek of employment. It is a combination of general information about theCompany as well as specifics regarding the employee’s job role. An HRrepresentative will give the new employee a tour of the site, head office andfacilities, including introductions to key managers and colleagues asappropriate.

Food and Accommodation provided by Newton Suites. You shall be entitled toparticipate in all benefit plans of company as may be made available toemployees of Company from time to time for which you are eligible. You willreceive complete details of all benefits plans as part of your new employeeorientation, and enrollment will take place immediately or once you meet theeligibilitycriteria.


Career Growth

Employee’s capabilities, achievements, readiness for greater responsibilitiesand areas for improvement are monitored during Newton Suites’s regularperformance appraisal. Newton Suites expects its employees to take the lead intheir respective professional and personal development within an approvedstructure. The Company takes a supporting role in this by providing themfinancial and educational means (e.g. training, mentoring, counseling, etc.)uponthe identification ofa need during the regularperformance appraisal. Both the direct supervisor and the employee can suggest the possiblecourses the lattercan attend to.

We have a Further Education Policy which financially assists employees whowish to follow individual courses of study which are closely related to theemployee’s currentorpotential future workassignment.
